Arrival
Details
Parking
On
Friday, parking will be tight. Please use courtesy transportation
from your hotel if possible. Permits WILL NOT be required,
and parking is OK in all non-reserved spaces (including one-hour
visitor spaces). No parking tickets will be issued unless you
park in a reserved spot, a loading zone, or or in a fire lane.
If you park on Pasadena city streets (i.e., Hill, Del Mar, Arden),
make sure to abide by the signs for time limits.
On
Saturday, there will be plenty of parking. Please park in non-reserved
spots.
Wireless
Internet Access
There
will be wireless internet access in Baxter Lecture Hall on Saturday.
There is also wireless access in many
locations on campus (including Winnett Center, Chandler, Red
Door).
Computer
Workstation Access
The
computer workstations in the Sherman Fairchild Library will be
available to GALCIT75 participants on Friday (8 am - 1 am) and
on Saturday (9 am - 1 am). Please present your GALCIT75 name tag
to enter the Library after hours; user id and password information
will be included in your packets.
Special
Bookstore Hours
The
Bookstore will be open on Friday from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm and on
Saturday from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm.
